Mr. Whitelaw is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on professional malpractice and representing both plaintiffs and defendants in negligence cases. Mr. Whitelaw is an experienced civil litigator who has practiced in state and federal courts since 1999. He came to Ellis Coleman in 2007 from Zaro, Sillis & Ramazzini, where he spent one year specializing in medical and dental malpractice litigation, and general negligence litigation. Three years prior to that he litigated medical and general negligence cases for Dummit, Briegleb, Boyce & Buchholz. Mr. Whitelaw litigated medical malpractice and Federal Employer Liability Act (FELA) cases one year practicing with Barry & Randolph, and litigated medical malpractice and general negligence cases for three years with Schuering, Zimmerman & Scully.
