David Leas

Mr. Leas is an associate attorney engaged in civil litigation and complex litigation involving matters of commercial law, legal malpractice defense, personal injury, consumer law and premises liability. Mr. Leas joined Ellis, Coleman, Poirier, LaVoie & Steinheimer, LLP in 2007. Before joining the firm, he worked as an associate attorney with Holden Law Group, representing employers in employment-related litigation. While in law school, Mr. Leas served as an extern to the Honorable Richard R. Clifton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and also worked as an intern in the Financial Litigation Unit within the office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of California. Mr. Leas is a member of the State Bar of California.
