Chad Thomas joined Berding & Weil LLP in 2006. He represents real estate clients in complex construction defect litigation and real estate disputes. Prior to joining Berding & Weil LLP, Mr. Thomas practiced in San Jose, California focusing on real estate litigation. Mr. Thomas represented homeowners, subcontractors, general contractors, and developers in all aspects of construction defect litigation. Mr. Thomas also is experienced in advising Property Management Companies regarding lease agreements and landlord/tenant disputes. Mr. Thomas has appeared and argued in state courts throughout Northern California.
