Associate Allison L. Andersen joined the litigation department of Berding & Weil in 2002. Ms. Andersen represents individual homeowners, common interest developments and commercial real estate owners in complex construction defect and class action lawsuits. This representation includes advising clients on complex waterproofing, structural, mechanical, fire protection, acoustical, soils, landscaping and product defect issues. Ms. Andersen's common interest practice incorporates the evaluation of developers' reserve budget calculations and funding. Ms. Andersen has additionally assisted several common interest developments in drafting and administering contracts for remedial reconstruction at the conclusion of defect litigation.
