Andrea O’Toole joined Berding & Weil in 2006. She practices in the corporate and business law department, specializing in real property and common interest development law. Prior to joining Berding & Weil, Ms. O’Toole practiced in Lafayette and San Francisco, where she represented property owners, business owners and individuals at federal, state and local levels in matters involving toxics cleanups, civil penalty proceedings, and water, groundwater & air pollution as well as counseling clients on the environmental aspects of real estate transactions.
