Andy Baugh joined the litigation department at Berding & Weil LLP in 2005. He represents individual homeowners, commercial real estate owners and common interest developments in complex construction defect actions. Prior to joining Berding & Weil LLP, Mr. Baugh was in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps from 1998-2005. During that time, Mr. Baugh primarily worked in area of Criminal litigation, but also had experience handling Medical Malpractice Claims, Contract Claims and Operational and International law matters for the Army. During Mr. Baugh's Army career he served in Korea, Germany, Bosnia, Kosovo, Hawaii and Afghanistan.
