Michael Hamblin

Michael Hamblin focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions and related litigation. Mr. Hamblin has broad experience in representing clients in a variety of different matters. These include the formation of domestic and foreign corporations, limited liability companies (LLC’s) and other business entities, purchase and sale of businesses, joint ventures, secured and unsecured loans, and a wide variety of contracts and commercial transactions. He also has extensive experience in representing clients in franchise matters, real estate matters and civil litigation and appeals. Mr. Hamblin's practice predominately serves clients in the Metro Detroit area. However, he is available to handle client matters throughout the State of Michigan. He has worked on matters throughout the State of Michigan, as well as in a variety of locations outside of Michigan such as California, Delaware, Florida, Ohio, Washington, D.C., and even the Caribbean. Mr. Hamblin is a member of the Michigan and Oakland County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan state and federal courts, as well as the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati.
