Frank Hobbs is a seasoned attorney, who joined Rutter Hobbs & Davidoff, only two years after the firm was founded in 1973 by Marshall Rutter. Frank focuses on the resolution of disputes involving business and real estate. He has litigated and tried many lawsuits to judges and juries, in state and federal courts and in a broad range of matters. His many years as Managing Director of Rutter Hobbs & Davidoff as well as his guidance and operation of non-law related business have given him practical and hands on experience in dealing with the sometimes troubling issues facing business people. In his law practice, Frank has considerable experience in disputes involving contract law; corporate and partnership disputes; fraud and unfair competition; construction defects and real estate sales; leasing, finance, title and boundary matters; environmental issues; employment matters; will and trust disputes; and professional negligence. His comprehensive approach, life and business experience, commitment and legal acumen make him a service provider who performs rather than just practices.
