Power earned her bachelor's degree in psychology in 2010 at the University of Delaware. She later earned her juris doctor at Widener University School of Law where she became involved in the American Bar Association Committee and Women in the Profession.
Her legal experience began at the Law Office of James I. Devine in Norristown. There, she gained first-hand knowledge of the legal system before interning at the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs where she conducted legal research as a law student.
This variety of experience helps her work with clients on a daily basis and allows her to see what they can face when tackling legal problems. She understands the struggles people face in everyday life, and she is compassionate about their circumstances.
Power handles a variety of cases and works with families in child support, child custody and adoption cases, in addition to working with domestic violence victims. She also has experience with a variety of divorce cases, including at-fault divorce, no-fault divorce and LGBT divorce.
Power also works as a criminal defense attorney at the firm fighting for the rights of the facing criminal charges. She represents clients in DUI, drug and marijuana cases. Ciccarelli Law Offices represent clients throughout Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Lancaster County, Philadelphia and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
