Michael Pariente

Michael Pariente tirelessly devotes himself to defending those charged with criminal offenses in the LAs Vegas area of Nevada. With experience as both a public defender and a prosecutor, he knows exactly what his clients are up against. He is proud to tackle cases in both state and federal courts, no matter how challenging, and his clients can rely on him for open communication and experienced representation when facing charges such as DUI, drug charges, and violent crimes.

After graduating with his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico, he pursued a Master's Degree in Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. He then studied law at Baylor University, earning his license to practice in 1998. On entering the legal field, he worked as a prosecutor before serving those facing criminal charges as a federal public defender in U.S. District Courts in Texas.

In 2005, he turned to private practice and opened Pariente Law Firm, P.C. in Las Vegas, Nevada. He currently applies his knowledge of both sides of the courtroom to every case, helping each client to decide on the most beneficial course of action to pursue.
