James Gallo

James C. Gallo is a Las Vegas native who dedicated his life to fighting for the rights of those facing criminal charges throughout the Southern portion of Nevada. He is the founder and primary criminal defense attorney at Gallo Law Office, located in the heart of the Sin City.

Before beginning his law career in 1996 in his hometown, Gallo earned his bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of San Diego. He also earned his juris doctor from his alma mater, graduating in 1996.

Gallo has nearly more than a decade of experience as a criminal defense lawyer in Las Vegas. He has handled a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases on the municipal, state and federal levels.  Gallo has defended thousands of clients with charges such as domestic violence, DUI, drug charges, marijuana offenses, sexual assault and more.

As an attorney, Gallo has gained experience in a variety of areas, including insurance defense and civil litigation. Additionally, he has represented a handful of high-profile athletes in cases concerning high level contractual negotiations. After switching to primarily criminal defense, he founded his own firm in 2004, then known as the Law Offices of James Gallo Jr., Esq.
