Todd Sardella

Todd is a 1993 graduate of Siena College and received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 1996. He is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, as well as Federal District Court in the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of New York.

Todd began his legal career at MHM as a legal clerk and intake specialist while he was a law student. He has since practiced with several firms in the areas of personal injury, real estate, criminal defense, and commercial litigation. He has handled many trials and appeals throughout New York and Massachusetts.

When the opportunity to come "back home" to MHM presented itself, Todd happily accepted and is proud to be back with the firm that helped launch his legal career. He is managing cases in both New York and Massachusetts and oversees the Massachusetts office in Springfield, where the firm focuses on Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, and Personal Injury Claims.

When Todd is not involved with the practice of law, he plays keyboards and sings with the local band "Harmony" with whom he has been a member since 1989. He is a member of the Rotterdam Elks and resides in Niskayuna with his two young children.
