Brian Benna

I was raised in the Capital Region, and graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in 1997. After high school, I attended Goucher College in Baltimore, MD, where I received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2001. I subsequently graduated from Albany Law School in 2004 with a Juris Doctorate. After working in state government and business to business sales for four years, I was admitted to practice law in New York in 2008. 

I have specialized in Workers' Compensation since 2008, solely representing injured workers. I find my work extremely rewarding, since I get to protect the rights of people who are displaced from their jobs or require necessary medical treatment. Often times, the workers’ compensation process attempts to limit benefits for injured workers, when limitations are inappropriate. I pride myself on fighting for all injured workers to ensure they are afforded every opportunity to receive these benefits.

I am a proud member of the Injured Workers' Bar Association, which works tirelessly to safeguard the rights of injured workers throughout New York State.

I currently live with my girlfriend and two children in Saratoga Springs. In my free time, I enjoy travelling around the region playing golf as much as I can.
