Maggie Beach Ferron

Maggie Beach Ferron serves as a representative for those seeking compensation for employment law issues at Hayber Law Firm in Hartford. She represents clients fighting for fair treatment or compensation in their workplace. She has worked on large class action litigation against big corporations and she has brought claims of discrimination before the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

The Connecticut native earned her bachelor's degree in classical studies at Middlebury College in Virginia. She later studied law at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she received High Honors. During law school she studied international human rights at Trinity College in Dublin and was granted the Elihu Burritt Prize for academic achievement.

In addition, she has worked for the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, where she worked to improve conditions for those living in oppression in Iran. Her passion for defending the rights of individuals has driven her to become a defense attorney.
