Erick Diaz

As an employment law attorney, Erick Diaz defends the rights of workers across Connecticut. Issues can arise in the workplace, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, or harassment, and employees can take a stand against violations of their legal rights. Erick Diaz has helped dozens of hard working clients who have been treated unfairly by their employers to seek restitution for the illegal actions that have led them to lose their jobs or proper wages.

 

Erick Diaz studied Political Science at Yale University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree. He then obtained his Juris Doctor at Boston University's School of Law, and became licensed to practice in 2005. He is now licensed to practice in Connecticut, New York and District of Columbia courts, as well as the District Court for the District of Connecticut. He has helped clients in a range of situations, including class action law suits and challenging situations.

 

Erick Diaz has served in the past as the President of the Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association. He also shares his experiences and knowledge through publications regarding employment law issues.
