Anthony J. Proscia

I am a senior litigation associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP.  My practice involves the defense of professional liability, public sector and municipal liability claims.  My practice is venued in state and federal courts, and has included representation during all phases of trials and appellate matters.
 
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, I was an associate at a well-regarded national insurance defense firm, where he handled all phases of pre-trial litigation.  I also have worked in-house at an insurance company handling subrogation matters, where I conducted numerous trials through to verdict, and obtained the highest annual recoveries of the company.
