John Paul Glowacki

I have gained extensive experience in civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, law and motion, experts, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation. My current practice encompasses litigation in the areas of water law, municipal law, estate law, and business law. In the past I have defended professional liability and employment law matters as an associate in the law firm of Reback, McAndrews & Kjar, LLP. During the Spring of 2004, I externed for the Honorable William H. Alsup of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, researching and writing orders on a wide variety of legal issues.
