Matthew Becker

My law practice is based out of James Herb and Associates, where we have years of experience representing clients in almost all areas of the law.  My individual experience started with representing clients unable to afford legal service.  I gained experience in matters of Domestic Law working with the West Virginia Clinical Law Program.  I also worked for the Public Defender’s Office in West Virginia where I represented clients accused of all crimes including Rape, Domestic Violence, Assault, Sexual Assault, Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and most importantly, DUI’s.

Since coming to Pittsburgh, I have continued to expand my practice and experience representing clients in and out of the Courtroom.  I have appeared in Court at all steps of the legal process, including Preliminary Hearings, Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition, Phoenix Court, Arbitration, Child Support Hearings, Motions Court, and Trials.

Finally, I take pride in my clients and my relationship with them.  I sit down with clients face-to-face for consultations, I return phone calls, and keep them up to date on the progress of their cases.
