Monte K. Snyder, Attorney

I began practicing law in 1985. I concentrate in family law and those areas which naturally accompany that category, e.g. juvenile, adoption, domestic violence, divorce etc. I also enjoy probate and estate planning, once again keeping with the family theme. I have had success in select social security disability cases, landlord/tenant, and small business issues. Since 2000 I've been an arbitrator for the Dayton area Better Business Bureau, deciding automobile lemon law cases and disputes arising between BBB members and their customers.

I've practiced both as a solo practitioner and as an associate/managing attorney for several law firms. I've also done appeals for fellow attorneys on a contract basis, and still do.

Through the years I've mentored several young attorneys and trained several paralegals, which I've enjoyed greatly.

You deal directly with me, no paralegals or assistants.
  • Quality legal services delivered at an affordable price with a "personal touch."
  • Calls are returned promptly.
  • Appointments can be made at any time that is convenient to you.
  • Clients receive copies of all pertinent documents, are billed regularly, and kept apprised of their case’s status.

You will receive a written estimate for the average cost of your typical legal services upon contract for legal services.

Currently I practice from two locations:
  1. My home in Catalina Manufactured Home Park, 6501 Germantown Road, Lote 41, in Middletown, Ohio 45042.
  2. I also receive Dayton, Ohio area clients courtesy of my good friend R. Jason Howard, at 4130 Linden Ave., Claypool Building, Suite 304, Dayton, Ohio 45432 [by appointment only].
  3. Always available by phone & email.
