Mark Bruce

M.C. Bruce has tried cases in California courts for 20 years. He worked as an Orange County Public Defender for over a decade, making a name for himself handling major fraud cases. He has handled every kind of criminal case, including DUI, Assault, Drug possession and sales, theft and robbery, and homicide. He has also tried LPS and Probate conservatorships. Mr. Bruce, as a solo practitioner in the early 90s, won a $400,000 verdict on a slander action. He also worked for the Los Angeles firm Kindel & Anderson in business litigation. Mr. Bruce has worked in Dependency in Orange County and Humboldt. He works in McKinleyville, California where he also lives.
