Ms. Duffy is an Associate at the Los Angeles office of Foley & Mansfield, PLLP. Ms. Duffy’s civil trial practice focuses on the defense of both insurers and insureds in the areas of bad faith, medical malpractice, elder abuse, and transportation claims, representing individuals, family-owned businesses, and National Corporations. Her litigation experience has also been instrumental in the successful defense of numerous fraudulent insurance claims through her investigative efforts and law and motion practice.
