Julie Wolf
Wolf Law, PLLC
Julie Wolf founded her own law firm, Wolf Law, PLLC, in 2019 after a distinguished 14-year legal career with top area firms. She focuses her practice on the niche of premises liability within personal injury and wrongful death, calling upon her years of experience representing large retailers in these cases. Julie has worked in the legal industry since 2003, also handling cases involving personal injury defense and insurance defense. When she represented big retail establishments, she prepared store managers for depositions and gained an insider’s understanding of how stores operate and how things are handled behind the scenes. This invaluable insight into what was lacking in cases helps her shape bulletproof strategies for her clients. In fact, she has not lost a case on summary judgment in her entire legal career.
What she enjoys most about being a lawyer and having her own practice is that she can take special time with each client to help them really understand the law and what it means for their case so they can work more effectively together. Julie doesn’t keep client calls and communications brief; she reassures her clients that she is fighting for them. She finds it important to reiterate that her work is about working together with clients as a team with a mutual understanding of the potential weak areas of a claim.
Of working with Julie, her clients say, “she went to bat for me on a tough case and was able to settle it even though I thought it was a long shot. She's a tough attorney but she is very approachable and friendly. She always made me feel confident about proceeding with my case. If I ever need another personal injury attorney, I will not hesitate to call on her again.” Her peers say she is “passionate about what she does and you can tell by seeing the results she obtains for her clients. She cares about her clients and the outcomes of their cases. She is an intelligent hardworking attorney who doesn't take no for an answer.”
Julie graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business Minor, with honors where she made the Dean’s List, Dean’s Honor List, and qualified for membership in Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Subsequently, she earned her law degree from Baylor University School of Law. During law school, Julie earned the highest grade in her Client Counseling class and was a Moot Court competition winner.
Julie was selected by her peers for inclusion in Texas Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for Personal Injury, 2010 and 2019. She also achieved one of the Top 100 Settlements in Texas in 2017 from Top Verdict (Avila v. Lakeside Roofing General Contractors LSR Ventures LLC). She has built relationships with not only her clients but also throughout the greater Dallas area community with non-profits and other lawyers. Her reputation and relationships help her reach more effective resolutions for her clients.
She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. As part of giving back to the communities she serves, Julie has donated backpacks and school supplies to children in need in Grand Prairie, sponsored meals during the holidays, and donated scholarship money to graduating high schoolers. Outside of work, Julie enjoys reading, visiting her lake house and boating, shopping, and being dog mom of two and mom of two humans.
