Mr. Slattery has spent decades refining his courtroom skills in a multitude of contexts. From family law to criminal defense to employment law to bankruptcy, he brings extensive experience and proven success in the courtroom. With more than two decades of legal practice, he has handled over 100 trials (both felony and misdemeanor). He has been involved in thousands of cases ranging from high-asset divorces to custody modifications to restraining orders and domestic violence.
His unique background includes serving as both a prosecutor (Deputy City Attorney) and defense counsel, providing him with invaluable insights from both sides of the courtroom. At Pacific Law Center, he demonstrated his leadership abilities by managing a team of 30 criminal defense attorneys and overseeing 130 total employees while maintaining his own successful litigation practice.
Restraining orders and domestic violence cases form a significant portion of his practice, where his experience allows him to provide efficient, effective representation in these time-sensitive matters.
