Brian C. Andritch is a Fresno County criminal defense attorney and represents the accused in state and federal court. He was born and raised in California's central valley and has practiced criminal law in Fresno County since 2000. Mr. Andritch was a Deputy District Attorney for Fresno County for approximately seven years and served as the President of the Fresno County Prosecutors Association.

Mr. Andritch is also a former City of Fresno, City Attorney. He was responsible for municipal code prosecutions and served as the assistant legal advisor to the Fresno Police Department.

As a Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Andritch prosecuted all types of cases, ranging from misdemeanor driving under the influence to serious felonies including sex offenses and three-strikes cases. For two years, he was assigned to special prosecutions of multiple offender DUIs, including DUI's involving injury and death. In this assignment, he personally prosecuted more than 200 felony DUI cases.

Mr. Andritch was recently honored by Superlawyers magazine, Northern California edition, as a "Rising Star" in criminal law, which recognizes the accomplishments of attorneys under 40 years of age.  Mr. Andritch was the only criminal law attorney in Fresno County to receive this honor.
