Kelly McMillin, Esq., is a seasoned family law attorney with 30 years of experience specializing in divorce and custody litigation. Hailing from San Clemente, California, Kelly earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in June 1993. Her law school years included prestigious international engagements, such as the University of Salzburg's International Human Rights summit and an internship with Barrister Lawrence Jacobson in London. She also studied under U.S. Supreme Court Justices Anthony Kennedy and Antonin Scalia.
Sworn into the California Bar in December 1993, Kelly was a founding member of the Nicole Brown Charitable Foundation, focusing on community response to domestic abuse. This commitment led her to join the Orange County Family Violence Council's Legislative Committee, influencing legal protections for abuse victims.
Kelly supports several charitable organizations, including The Sheepfold and The Barnabus Group, and volunteers for the Orange County Veterans Legal Institute. She also founded Charis Legal Services to provide legal aid to low-income families.
