Zack Domb
Domb & Rachwerger LLP
I am a Partner at Domb & Rauchwerger Employment Law Group. I work as an aggressive litigator who is passionate about standing up for the rights of those who have been pushed around, neglected, and taken advantage of by workplace bullies. I represent employees in all areas of employment law, including wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, whistleblower lawsuits, and breach of contract issues.
I have secured tens of millions of dollars for my clients over the years both individually and on a class action basis. I have received numerous accolades for my expertise and successes, including being named a “Rising Star” by Southern California Super Lawyers magazine, receiving the “Top Attorneys” award from Pasadena Magazine, and being recognized as a “Top 100 Up And Coming Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine. I have presented tutorial and informational seminars to lawyers and HR professionals on various areas of cutting edge employment law litigation, including disability discrimination, workplace investigations, and workplace violence.
Prior to founding Domb & Rauchwerger Employment Law Group, I was an equity partner at a large, national law firm dedicated to representing employers in all areas of employment law. I have volunteered as a board member at my children’s preschool, volunteered at the Bet Tzedek Holocaust Survivors Justice Network, where I assisted Holocaust survivors in obtaining pension benefits from the German government, and donated bone marrow and blood stem cells on two occasions through Gift of Life, an organization that facilitates such transplants for children and adults suffering from life-threatening illnesses, including leukemia, lymphoma, and other cancers and genetic diseases.
In my free time, I enjoys spending time with my wife and four children, and playing guitar.
