After graduating from Pace University and Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1995, James pursued a career in law, specializing in personal injury and employment law. Despite his desire to pursue a career in law, he also successfully passed the Certified Public Accountancy Examination in one attempt and is now eligible to become a Certified Public Accountant.
James participated in the Federal Bureau of Investigation Honors Internship Program while attending Nova Southeastern University School of Law. James was born in Russia and speaks Russian fluently.
James is the CFO of the Firm. He is also the Firm's most senior trial lawyer. He is known for being an aggressive trial attorney. He has litigated cases involving personal injury, employment discrimination, and unpaid overtime class actions. James has a track record of trying over 50 cases to verdict all across the country. Many of his verdicts and settlements have exceeded 1 million dollars.
James is admitted to practice law in multiple states, including Florida, Georgia, Oregon, Washington, Maine, and Wisconsin. He has also tried cases in Federal Court in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, Michigan, Tennessee, Illinois, and Indiana.
