Mr. Bly’s practice is devoted nearly exclusively to criminal defense. He has successfully defended persons charged with crimes in both federal and state court on a myriad of charges including manslaughter, aggravated felony assault, simple assault, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, domestic violence assault, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs, conspiracy to traffic in drugs, drunk driving, OUI, DUI, DWI, aggravated DWI, DWI involving serious accidents with bodily injury, high breath test DWI cases, DWI cases where a blood draw was performed and driving under the influence of drugs.
Mr. Bly is one of only a few attorneys who has received his certification as a Breath Alcohol Technician as recognized and issued by the United States Department of Transportation. In addition, Mr. Bly is qualified as both a practitioner and instructor in standardized field sobriety tests in accordance with the standards set forth by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
