Brad's clients value his ability to provide practical, easy-to-execute solutions to otherwise complex problems. As a deal attorney, Brad focused on maximizing value while ensuring the transaction was completed. As a trial and regulatory attorney, Brad has successfully created targeted business and compliance programs across multiple industries to help prevent, detect, and remediate clients' legal and regulatory violations. As an immigration attorney, Brad's passion is helping individuals and families achieve the American Dream by finding solutions for families to remain together and intact without having to leave the United States.

Brad holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University and a Master of Laws from New York University. He is licensed in California and practices immigration law nationwide. (In addition, Brad has a California Stockbroker's License and previously obtained a US Government Secret Clearance and a CA License as a Certified Public Accountant.)
