Rachel is admitted to practice in Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois, State and Federal courts in North Carolina, and State and Federal courts in South Carolina. She handles a variety of cases including: car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, premises liability cases, slip and fall cases, and wrongful death cases.
Rachel is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million-dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. Rachel is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
