Founder, Ronald W. Ask, Esq. has been practicing law for forty years, in the area with estate planning (wills and trusts), probate and probate litigation, which includes wills contest, conservatorships over disabled persons and assisting clients with applications for public benefits, such as Medi-Cal, In-Home Support Service, and the Assisted Waiver Program. He also helps Veterans and their spouses seek and obtain Veteran Disability Benefits, both service related and non-service-related Aid and Attendance benefits. Mr. Ask has also helped struggling families with Chapter 7 bankruptcy matters, probably nearing several thousand bankruptcy cases, as well as hundreds upon hundreds of Chapter 13 cases throughout his forty years of practice.
Mr. Ask's law partner, Renee S. Fahrendholz, spent nearly thirty years as Mr. Ask's paralegal, all the while attending Riverside Poly High School, Riverside Community College, California State University San Bernardino, and California Southern Law School (Riverside). After passing the California Bar Exam in 2018, she has quickly developed a reputation as a skillful litigator, and a knowledgeable legal practitioner, skillfully maneuvering the majority of the firms’ cases through the court system Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego County’s Court System. She is also the manager of the firm.
