I was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1989 and have practiced extensively in the areas of civil and criminal litigation.  My main practice areas have been personal injury, which I have also lectured on for the National Business Institute, worker's compensation, employment discrimination and civil rights, school law, with a special interest in children with special needs, and general litigation.  I was the Howell Township Public Defender in 2001 and 2002 and a former pool attorney for the Monmouth County Public Defender's office.  I  have  been an adjunct professor of school law and policy at Monmouth University since September 2006 and am on the faculty of Fairleigh Dickenson University teaching employment law.  I have represented adult criminal defendants, juveniles, and title IX defendants, as well as numerous Municipal Court defendants over the years.  I have also represented individuals and entities before planning and zoning boards.  I am also admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the District of Columbia and New York State.
