I graduated from Boston University School of Law’s Tax LLM program and practice as a tax, business, and estate planning attorney. I work with Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell & Grenzer, a full-service law firm based in Towson, Maryland with active transaction and litigation practices. I advise clients on legal and tax issues relating to business transactions, start-ups, corporate mergers & acquisitions, business successions, estate planning, and real estate. I practice both federal and state tax law, and I assist individuals and businesses with tax audit defense and tax planning in the areas of income, corporate, partnership, franchise, sales and use, property, and estate taxes. My background allows me to consider clients' personal, business, and tax needs. I was the 2013 president of the Maryland Junior Chamber (the “Jaycees”) and previously served as president of the Towson Junior Chamber. I am on the board of directors for the Towson Chamber of Commerce and serve on the Towsontown Springfest Committee. I was born in New Orleans and practiced as an accountant before attending law school. I was admitted as a lawyer to the Louisiana State Bar and, following my move to Baltimore, was admitted to the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Prior to Boston University School of Law, I graduated from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, received my MBA from University of New Orleans, and received a degree in finance from Louisiana State University. I am a member of the tax sections of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar and am admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
