The Alderman Law Office was founded in 1994 by Elliott Alderman to provide practical, cost-effective legal help to sophisticated software, multimedia, e-commerce, technology and Internet companies, as well as to successful content creators, songwriters, musicians, writers, publishers, and visual and performance artists. We also provide business advice to clients interested in protecting and monetizing their brands, technology and content.

To ensure high-quality representation and a great client experience, we limit the number of companies and individuals with whom we work. Put simply, it is our belief that it’s impossible to provide high-volume quality legal services.

• Negotiating contracts, licenses and other documents, particularly involving entertainment, software licensing, Internet and technology transfer issues.
• Drafting and negotiating nondisclosure, content licensing, independent contractor and related agreements.
