Joey Lampert is a civil and commercial litigation attorney specializing in business disputes.

Lampert has brought over a hundred business legal matters to favorable resolutions, with and without litigation, won multiple appeals in the Florida District Courts of Appeal, including protecting business and employees’ rights to maintain private confidential information, and routinely advises clients on a full range of business-related legal issues.

Prior to founding Lampert Law Firm, Joey Lampert was a Partner in the litigation and trial practice group of a South Florida regional law firm, Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli & Albright. Before that, Lampert worked at Boies, Schiller & Flexner, a national law firm known for high-profile litigation.
