Melissa Lin

Melissa Lin is a talented litigator who has been practicing since 2005. As a partner at Righi Fitch Law Group, she primarily represents individuals, businesses, contractors, and municipalities in tort and contract litigation. Her primary practice areas include construction defects, personal injury, product liability, and general liability matters. In addition to maintaining an AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, Melissa was selected to the 2017 Southwest Rising Stars℠ list. She grew up in Tucson, Arizona and earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Arizona in 2001. Melissa earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2004. She is licensed to practice in Arizona, California, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
