John Sarai

John Sarai received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. He received his B.S. degree with honors in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge with an emphasis in Business Law and a minor in Political Science. After law school, John was an associate at California’s largest consumer bankruptcy firm before co-founding SM Law Group. Since then, he has filed thousands of bankruptcies. He has helped his clients save their homes, businesses, and financial futures. John has also reached millons in settlements for his personal injury clients involved in car accidents, slip and falls, or other injuries caused by the negligence of another.

John is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of California.

In his spare time, John enjoys boating, watersports, and coaching youth basketball.
