Sivan Butler-Rotholz

The Law Offices of William H. Bachrach has been offering advocacy services in wills and trusts, probate, family law, elder abuse, and general civil litigation in the Bay Area for over 30 years. Our practice includes drafting of wills, trusts, durable power of attorneys and other estate planning documents; litigation of will, trust, and probate matters including conservatorships; elder financial abuse; family law litigation including spousal support, child support, division of property and debt, domestic violence, dissolution and legal separation; and general civil litigation including personal injury matters, small business formation and buy-sell agreements, and real property matters. Bill Bachrach has been practicing law in Oakland for over 30 years. At this point, in addition to being the managing attorney for the practice, Bill focuses on the estate planning and civil litigation aspects of the practice. Sivan Butler-Rotholz has been with the firm since May of 2007. Sivan primarily practices family law, but is involved in all aspects of the practice. Our office has a dedicated and helpful staff comprised on an Office Manager, two Paralegals, a Legal Assistant, and a file-clerk. Our staff is essential to our ability to provide clients with legal services at the lowest possible rate and in the most efficient manner possible.
