Ben E. Embry

Attorney Ben E. Embry, CFLS is the founding attorney at Embry Family Law P.C. Though he studied all areas of the law while attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Ben ultimately dedicated his career to family law. After passing the bar exam, Ben formed his own private practice and started taking family law cases. Shortly after that, he served as an associate attorney for a well-known family law attorney. From there, he returned to his own practice and has been serving clients in the areas of family law and bankruptcy law ever since.

With over a decade of legal experience, Ben is capable of resolving virtually any type of problem his clients are facing. From divorce and child custody to paternity and restraining orders, Ben handles it all while maintaining a sharp focus on his clients’ well-being. Ben’s client-first approach has helped clients throughout San Diego achieve their goals.
