Robert Silverman

Mr. Silverman, in his fifteenth year of practice, handles the firm's trust and estates practice, in which he works on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and other trust matters. His emphasis is on assisting clients in planning their estates in a manner that maximizes their wealth preservation and enhancement, and eliminates or minimizes taxes and estate administration costs. Mr. Silverman also provides service to clients in connection with real estate purchase & sale transactions, equity share (aka joint ownership) agreements, business entity formation (e.g. Corporations and LLC's), and a broad variety of real estate and business matters.
