Earl Schurmer

The Schurmer Firm specializes in all types of personal injury and wrongful death actions on behalf of individual plaintiffs’ and their families. The partnership experienced a number of changes over the years and went by the name Schurmer & Drane for many years. 

In the early eighties, the firm relocated its primary offices to Santa Barbara and rapidly became entrenched in the tri-counties legal community with many successful jury verdicts and published appellate opinions. Today, the firm maintains two offices: one in the Ventura/Oxnard area and one in Santa Barbara. The firm continues to provide the same excellent legal services for car accidents and personal injury that it has for its
