Eddie Jimenez

Attorney Jimenez earned his undergraduate degree from Stetson University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. After being admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, Eddie began accumulating experience representing injured victims in a wide range of personal injury cases, including cases involving auto accidents, serious and catastrophic injuries, slip and fall accidents, and wrongful death, among others. He also practices in criminal defense, where he draws from his background to protect the rights and freedoms of clients charged with all types of crimes.

According to Jimenez, “My philosophy as an attorney is a simple one – clients have a right to not only be represented professionally, but they have the right to know everything about their case. I believe every client must be treated with care and diligence through clear, concise communication.”

Attorney Jimenez is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Trial Lawyers Association, and the Tampa Bar Trial Lawyers Association.
