J. David Hammond is a partner at Carden Dotzler Hammond, PLLC a Criminal Defense Law Firm based in Syracuse, NY. The firm helps those who are accused of and arrested for committing a crime. Including DWI/ DWAI, traffic violations, drug crimes, white collar crime and more.

In addition to defending the rights of Central New Yorkers, Mr. Hammond continues to maintain a veteran-focused practice. He represents Soldiers on appeal before the military appellate courts and often takes on cases to fix injustices in service members’ military records.

Mr. Hammond obtained his B.A. at North Carolina State University, magna cum laude, and attended Syracuse University College of Law for his J.D., summa cum laude.
