Subsequent to his service in the Marine Corps, Vince went on to complete his undergraduate education at UC Berkeley, participating as an investigative intern with Georgetown University Law Center's Criminal Justice Clinic, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in Legal Studies in 2002. Thereafter, he completed his legal education at the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, participated in joint study courses with the Georgetown University Law Center and University College of London, and worked as a legal clerk for Manly & McGuire, earning his J.D. in 2005.
