Garrett C. Emerson recently joined Goldstein, Goldstein, Hilley & Orr as an Associate Attorney. He is an assertive, focused, and driven attorney who grew up in the Texas Hill Country.
He is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association as well as the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Additionally, he assisted in the 2017-2018 revision edits for the Texas Annotated Criminal Codebooks printed and produced by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Garrett obtained his undergraduate degree in history with a minor in business administration from Texas A&M University and his law degree from St. Mary’s School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Criminal Law Society, the Aggie Bar Association, and San Antonio Young Lawyers Association. Garrett is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
