 Mario de la Garza, a graduate of Harvard University and Northwestern University School of Law, founded The DLG Law Group, where he represents victims of catastrophic personal injury in a variety of contexts, including industrial, workplace, and premises injuries, trucking and serious automobile accidents, wrongful death, defective products, and medical malpractice.

Mr. de la Garza also represents individuals and companies in complex commercial disputes.

Obtained a $3,250,000 settlement for a bicyclist who was catastrophically injured after being smashed and thrown by a truck driven by a reckless driver 

Obtained a confidential multimillion dollar settlement for a worker who suffered severe burn and electrical injuries on the job 

Obtained a substantial but confidential monetary sum for the widow and children of a hardworking demolition worker that lost his life on the job; 

Obtained a substantial but confidential monetary sum for a young mother and her little boy, who developed Kernicterus, a devastating, life-long bilirubin-induced brain dysfunction, after his doctors and nurses failed to give him the proper medical treatment in the NICU 
