Mike practices with Spencer Fane's Labor and Employment Law Group and serves as practice group leader. He also was group leader from 1995 to 1998. His practice includes representation of management in traditional labor relations matters as well as employment litigation and human resources counseling. He also deals in school law issues for a variety of school districts. As a trial lawyer, he has represented employers in courts, before administrative agencies and in arbitration throughout the United States. Mike is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Supreme Courts of Missouri and Kansas and the 8th & 10th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals. Mike ha been elected a Fellow of both the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America. His biography appears in Marquis Who's Who in the World and Marquis Who's Who in American Law.
