Linda Littlefield
Littlefield Law Firm
My practice is focused on consumer and small business bankruptcy and tax payer assistance. I am a member of NACBA, ABI, and DAYBL.
Helping people has always been what kept me focused on any project. In 1995 when I started doing research and motion writing for a bankruptcy attorney in San Diego, CA, who focused on stopping foreclosures, I discovered an area of law that resonated with my strong desire to help people. I soon learned when I went to work for American Tax Clinic in San Diego, CA, that it was not just people in foreclosure who could use my help, but also, people and businesses strapped with what could seem like an insurmountable amount of tax debt.
In my opinion, the best part of bankruptcy practice is seeing the relief a person exhibits when he or she learns what alternatives are available to him or her under the law, whether it is the news that he or she does not have to lose a home in foreclosure, a car to repossession, or their business to secured creditors trying to collect on a debt.
I have been licensed to practice law in California in 1993. My bar number is 165720. I am also licensed to practice law in federal court including the Northern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, the Western District of Texas, the Southern District of Texas, the Northern District of California, Central District of California and the Southern District of California.
