Luen Lam received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997 and his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000. Luen Lam joined Cassidy, Shimko, Dawson & Kawakami in 2005 where he specializes in real estate transactions, including finance, leasing and acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Lam is member of the Real Property Law Sections of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. Mr. Lam is also a Board Member, and current General Counsel, of the Asian Business League of San Francisco.
