Frank is a divorce attorney that has specialized in complex/high asset family law cases for over three decades. He is named as one of the Best Lawyers in America. His practice includes matters of legal separation/divorce, mediation and arbitration, pre and post nuptial agreements, marital agreements, modifications, maintenance, child support and child custody.

Frank received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University, his Master’s Degree in Business and Industrial Relations, Cum Laude, from West Virginia University, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Michigan’s Thomas Cooley Law School.

Frank is a member of the Colorado, Florida and Georgia state bars. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association- Family Law Section Judicial Liaison Committee, and the former Chair of the Boulder County Bar Association, Family Law Section.
